Should you contact us by email, we will not sell, share or add your email address to anyone else, and you will not be added to any mailing lists.  However, in the event that you provide details to us, and those details are required by either us, or one of our suppliers to provide you with a product or service (i.e. customer support), then your details will be passed onto them for that reason. We therefore recommend you review their privacy policy also. If you contact us by email to request information or details of a product or service we offer, we may or may not retain your email address for a short period in order to send you a maximum of one or two follow-up emails. After which your email address and any other details supplied will be deleted, and will not be retained for marketing or other purposes. If you request us not to retain your email address for the purpose of sending one or more follow-up emails, we will honour that request.

Protecting Your Privacy
We will take appropriate steps to protect your privacy. Whenever you provide us with sensitive information (such as credit card details to process a payment), we will take steps to protect that information, such as encrypting your card number. We will also take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information in storage.
